ZEN BREAKS 24 - Know yourself better to create your own life

81. Doing What You Love
Love What You Do
Love What You Do
Listening to someone sharing their life purpose with the impression that they have really found their purpose and are living up to it is very different from just hearing about theory on this important topic.
This amazing video from the “Green Renaissance” team brings together a precious set of shares from people who tell us what it’s like to live according to our purpose, and how that can make us feel joy and peace.
“Change is about growth, but also potential. The potential to be what you are destined to be. You can grow and develop into whatever you want to be. You create your own life.
You’ll have a feeling about going somewhere and doing something. And that’s just the start.
The whole thing is a journey, the whole thing is a learning process.
It takes a lot of courage. But the only thing you need to be afraid of is not listening to yourself. Not doing what you feel is right.
Purpose is something so deeply personal. (…) it’s not about fitting in. It’s about finding your own path.
Go. And if you are scared, go scared.”
82. Start by Knowing Yourself
How to find your Life Purpose
How to find your Life Purpose
When we want to meet someone, find out what is important to them, we only have one option: we have to spend time with that person.
Likewise, when we want to discover our purpose, the first step is to spend time with ourselves. Spending time with ourselves, without distractions, is the way know us better, to be aware of what matters to us.
This time we dedicate to ourselves creates the space to learn more about ourselves and to discover our purpose, as Dandapani explains to us in a very simple way.

11 Abilities (Which one is for you?)
11 Abilities (Which one is for you?)

This video from the “Improvement Pill” channel explores how some of our characteristics can be linked to activities that can bring us fulfillment and joy in the long term.
