ZEN BREAKS 50 - Discover the wisdom of your heart

“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.” - Albert Einstein
134. Discover your heart
We tend to think that our hearts and minds are separate identities.
However, science, in particular the investigation of the HeartMath Institute, has made discoveries that not only deny this idea but also reveal the intelligence of the heart and how to access it.
The flow of information between the heart and mind is greater than we think, and most originate in the heart. This means that if we can access the wisdom and power of the heart, we can use it to calm the mind.
We can do small exercises that allow us, through the focus of our attention on the heart and on positive emotions, to transmit signals that will calm our minds and transmit sensations of calm and peace to all our bodies. Try it:
