Where to find the best Christmas present we can give? Inside of us.
Our attention — this is the best gift we can give someone.
It is a special gift — and it only becomes special when we share it. It is the act of offering it, of giving our attention to someone, that makes it special.
It is a unique gift — one that only we can offer. Only each one of us can decide to offer this gift to those around us, to those who can make this gift even more special.

It is within us the capacity to lose the fear of feeling and to start sharing our love for ourselves and for others.
