“Mindfulness is the ability to know what’s happening in your head at any given moment without getting carried away by it.”

“A distraught man approached the Zen master.
"Please, Master, I feel lost, desperate. I don’t know who I am. Please, show me my true self”.
But the teacher just looked away without responding. The man began to plead and beg, but still the master gave no reply.
Finally giving up in frustration, the man turned to leave. At that moment the master called out to him by name. “Yes!” the man said as he spun back around. “There it is!” exclaimed the master.“

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”.
As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE
