ZEN BREAKS 31 - Choose you practice - the timing is NOW

100. Take 5
5-Minute Meditation You Can Do Anywhere
5-Minute Meditation You Can Do Anywhere
This is one of my favorite short guided meditation, it takes only 5 minutes what is is perfect because it’s easy to find time for it. In the morning — I feel it works better at that time — or, when that is not possible, sometime during the day (before a meeting, before lunch, or during any small break).
Try it, see how it makes you feel calmer. More about it here:

101. Take 10
Daily Calm | 10 Minute Mindfulness Meditation | Be Present
Daily Calm | 10 Minute Mindfulness Meditation | Be Present
One more great resource to keep your practice: the “Daily Calm”.
Because of the excellent scripts, the relaxing voice of Tamara Levitt, and ambient sounds, these meditations are among my favorites.
Try it to reconnect to the present moment. More about it here:

102. Try Loving-Kindness Meditation
In this type of meditation what you will be doing is sending kindness to others by repeating a series of sentences that express your intentions.
Try it to to feel better about yourself and others. More about it here:
