Be still and see what happens.
It may seem like a contradiction, but it is not.
By stopping, we can really notice every detail of what is happening in the present moment.
Seeing, or rather feeling, what is present.
Around us and within us:
- In our body, what sensations are present?
- In our emotions, what are we feeling right now?
- Is our mind calm or full of thoughts?
Well-guided meditation can be a precious help to capture all the richness of this moment.
