128. Will you choose a slower flight?
Taking a break from work to devote a minute or two to ourselves is not an escape from work.
On the contrary, it is a way of ensuring health and productivity.
How would your Check-In report look like?

1 break, 2 breaks, 3 breaks…
It is the sum of those minutes, those small breaks that we take during the day, that will strongly affect how our work and personal life runs during that day.
It’s not enough to get to the end of the day to look back and think: I had a good day, or I had a “bad” day.
As in many other aspects of our life, the state in which we arrive at our destination depends a lot on how we make our way.
The same goes for managing daily stress - the more breaks we take during the day, the more opportunities to lighten the load we take advantage of, the better our day will go.

It’s important to stop now and then to do a check-in on how we feel.
For this, try to create the habit of stopping, of dedicating a few brief moments to this slowing down during the day.
This week we created some images to serve as a reminder for this need and to explain some ways to check in with yourself.
A few moments are enough - the day is made of moments, isn’t it?
Try various techniques and remember the secret ingredient to make them work: practice, practice, practice.
