I started Zen Breaks - this weekly newsletter to inspire moments of calm, joy, and peace in everyday life - about 8 months ago.
The main objective was to share what I was discovering and learning about the themes of meditation, mindfulness, and self-knowledge.
In addition to sharing, this newsletter has also become a way for me to practice, create, and maintain the habit of regularly dedicating time and attention to these important topics. A kind of journaling, in a shared format.
I hope that Zen Breaks can help you too and that it continues to have a positive and reflexive effect on your lives and mine.
I’m not sure what paths this newsletter will take in the future, but this uncertainty and the unknown are also part of this journey, which I hope will be enjoyable.
