Alright fam, we back! 🙌
Sorry for the radio silence over here – my schedule got busy, I got off my game and Worthy fell to the wayside. But! I am re-committed to making this a weekly thing through the end of the year and appreciate your graciousness these past few weeks. Y'all are the best!
This week we resume the conversation around Anxiety and Depression. We’ll hear from some of you on what’s helpful, make a list of what helps make you your best self and consider the difference between empathy and sympathy.

Stay the Course
All we can control in life are our thoughts and actions. How do we bring our best selves to the day?
Make a List. Whether you experience anxiety or depression or don’t, make a list of 5-10 things that help you be your best you each day. Think: drinking water, moving your body, spending time around people who love you, etc. Then! Create a plan to implement those things into your daily life. Here’s my list - would love to see yours!
💧Drink 100oz of water
☀️ 45 minutes of time outside
🙏 5-10 minutes of silence / meditation / prayer
🏃‍♀️Scheduled workout 5-6x/week
❤️ Embrace interruptions / when things don’t go as planned
