Make a List. Whether you experience anxiety or depression or don’t, make a list of 5-10 things that help you be your best you each day. Think: drinking water, moving your body, spending time around people who love you, etc. Then! Create a plan to implement those things into your daily life. Here’s my list - would love to see yours!
