insanely beneficial.
I am committed to 45 minutes of outside activity (walking, a bike ride, time on the slopes) every day for the rest of the year. I’m 2.5 weeks in and I’ve already noticied a change in my mood and overall sense of purpose. You are worthy of spending time on yourself and getting your booty outside to soak up that fresh air and Vitamin D. Would love to hear the ways you’re making time outside a priority.
