  • Newport’s Zoning Board of Review voted last night to approve (4-1) Fifth Element’s plans to build a 40-room boutique hotel on their property.
  • Celebrity Summit (Capacity: 2,450 passengers, 999 crew) is the cruise ship in the Harbor today. Passengers will arrive via Perrotti Park.
