New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible. Marine - N winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W 15 to 20 kt this afternoon. Gusts up to 25 kt. Waves around 3 ft, building to 6 ft this afternoon. Patchy fog this morning. Rain likely this morning. Gale Warning in effect from 3 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.
