What's on Weibo
It has been some weeks since you last saw What’s on Weibo in your inbox. We’ve been busy with a renewal of our website to make it easier for readers, both on mobile and desktop, to see our latest articles and explore more content. We hope you like the new look
We’d also like to share with you that we’re happy to have been included in last week’s episode of CCTV’s weekly news show ‘World Weekly’ (世界周刊), a TV program that has been broadcasted since 2003. On China’s National Day, it featured the story of What’s on Weibo and how it was founded in a special about ‘China and the World.’ If you’d like to check it out, please see https://youtu.be/ayz-tpDMMxg.
Here’s a round-up of the latest trending topics on Chinese social media. For daily updates on trending stories, please follow us on Twitter, Facebook, or WeChat.
Best,
Manya Koetse @manyapan, editor-in-chief What’s on Weibo
