Well-known West Kirby business, Topknots, has recently relocated to a new shop on Grange Road.
Toni and Kiki Eccles, who run the wig and hair piece shop, which is a main supplier to the NHS, were originally located in their father’s hair salon - What’s Cutting Hair & Beauty on Banks Road, which recently closed down after 40 years.
