Police dispersal zone in West Kirby
Merseyside Police has announced a Dispersal Zone has been put in place in West Kirby from 3pm yesterday (27.05.2021) and will run for 48 hours. Police say it has been put in place due to recent anti-social behaviour within the West Kirby area. The order gives police officers and police community support traffic officers powers to direct people they suspect are causing or likely to cause crime, nuisance or anti-social behaviour to members of the public to leave a designated area and not return for up to 48 hours.

Have you spotted the new Natterjack mural, painted on the side the Le Bizz by local artist Tim Sinnott?
West Kirby Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of North Wirral have launched the Natterjacks project, to provide a listening ear and a bit of a “natter” after being couped up in isolation over the last year.
Keep an eye on the noticeboard by Le Bizz to find out more or visit the West Kirby Rotary Club Facebook page.
