With that, I invite you to set an intention for yourself today and/or for this coming week on one thing you can do to create some more mental space for yourself. Keep it simple.
We’re only getting busier. The noise in our world is continuing to get louder and more frequent. We have the choice to heed every buzz, beep and flash or we can choose to focus on what’s really important. Your call.
