Each Wednesday, the Center for Young Adult Addiction and Recovery will hold an online Yoga for Recovery session. This synchronous yoga is open for anyone seeking a little more mindfulness in their week to attend. We will do gentle yoga, followed by an open discussion. Yoga for Recovery is for anyone seeking balance with their mental and physical health. All students are welcome to participate!
RSVP is not required to attend this online event, however, if you RSVP through Owl Life, you will be sent an Outlook calendar invitation and reminder email that includes the link to the Zoom meeting. This group is not open to observation or academic credit.
