The post describes a not very traditional use-case for using Terraform to manage Twilio TaskRouter service, which has an API and GUI. Shopify’s desire to manage everything as code, do commits, pull-request reviews, and see the proposed changes became possible with the Terraform provider they developed. AB: Great job! Approved!
