We’re proud to say that our cross-border investigation “The Logbook of Moria” has won the IJ4EU impact award.
Congratulations to our reporters Stavros Malichudis and Iliana Papangeli and to our partners Investigate Europe and Reporters United that collaborated with #Solomon on this story.

👉Solomon’s reporter, Stavros Malichudis, traveled to Sarajevo to join and talk at Heinrich Böll Foundation‘s conference “People on the move: Still stuck in the corridors to the EU”. He, among other issues, referred to the challenges faced by independent media and journalists in Greece, as well as the lack of accountability and transparency linked to those in power (Greek government and authorities).
👉Solomon was one of the local stakeholders that had been interviewed in the context of the  “Controlling the Message: Challenges for independent reporting in Greece” report, which was implemented by the Media Freedom Rapid Response together with Reporters Without Borders in December 2021. Solomon’s presence at the online launching event of this report, on 28 March 2022, was crucially important.
