If you haven’t noticed, Wakeout is all about on-location exercises. If you’re in bed, there’s exercises you can do there. If you’re at work, we’ve got you covered. Chilling at the park? Yep, a ton of exercises ready for you.
Why is this important? Because staying active is hard.
We believe that if we make exercise a compulsive behavior you do wherever you get the urge to, it’s more likely that you’ll do it. Instead of having to drive to a gym, or whip out gym clothes, you just do it right there and then, wherever you are.
The right exercise at the right place / time
In figuring out what to build next for Wakeout, we realized that we need to figure out a better way to serve you the right exercise when you need it. With over 600 exercises and 13 situations in our catalogue (and much more to come!), it’s time we rethink the entire dynamic.
