Last week we previewed our upcoming Power Snacks, challenging mini workouts that are sure to make you sweat.
We’re hard at work getting almost 300 new exercise snacks ready for you guys. So in the mean time, here’s a preview of one of the new packs we’re most excited for—Office Yoga Wakeouts!

Prevent burnout, reduce stress, stay productive
Most of our stress is created at work. Stress drains our energy and strips us of our creativity. Our mission at Wakeout is to help the world have a more active lifestyle. That’s why it made sense for us to help you guys melt away that toxic stress.
With the help of a professional yoga instructor, we designed dozens of yoga movements for the workplace. They’re discreet, comfortable and designed for any fitness level. You don’t have to be experienced at all in yoga to do these movements. They’re simply created to give you a brief escape from the stresses of the workday.
When will these be released?
Our plan is to offer 1,000s of exercises for all kinds of situations. Wakeouts are lifestyle exercises, meaning, you just do them impulsively whenever you feel like it, wherever you are.
To prepare get these exercises out, we needed to add streaming technology to Wakeout (you wouldn’t want to download 1,000 of videos now would you?). We’re entering the testing phase of our streaming tech, so I can’t tell you for sure when this will be ready. But “soon” is a good estimation.
