Is it silly? Yes. Is it fun? Very much. Will it make you sweat? You better believe it!
We went a little bananas with one of the new upcoming Wakeout exercise packs: The Savage Wakeouts. Inspired by animal movements, we’ve designed a few dozen exercises and routines that’ll not only make you sweat, but will make you laugh and have a silly ol’ time. We included land, sea and air creatures that’ll make you forget for a moment that you’re human—with all the stresses and worries that come with it.
Let loose with the “gorilla walks.” Shake the stress off with some “dog shakers.” Go wild with the “bird of paradise.” And so much more.
The upcoming Wakeout pack includes over 300 new exercises and 75+ new routines. The savage pack is one of many included in the upcoming update!
