Relieve Stress with a Foot Wakeout

Raw Cacao: The mood enhancer you didn't know about
Here’s something you might not know: raw cacao has almost 120 times more antioxidants than bananas, and 20 times more than processed dark chocolate. Raw cacao contains a compound called phenethylamine which acts as a stimulant in your nervous system. It triggers the release of endorphins, you know, those feel-good hormones that fill your body after a workout. It also contains anandamide, a neurotransmitter that boosts your mood. [learn more]
I add 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder to my protein shake every morning and it’s worked wonders. Try it and let me know how it goes. 
Maca: the Peruvian root that'll improve your life
Maca is a highly nutritious root that is claimed to increase libido and enhance your mood through a large dose of flavonoids. It’s also impressive in it’s nutritional values. One once of Maca has 4g of protein, 20g of carbs, and in daily recommended values, it gives you 133% of vitamin c, 85% copper, 23% iron and 16% potassium. 15% of vitamin B6 doesn’t hurt either. Stay energized by boosting your immune system
Catching a cold can devastate our energy levels. The body devotes all it’s strength to fight off the virus, and so your energy for anything else plummets. That’s why to stay energized, it’s also good to keep virus infections at bay.
Turns out, almonds are fantastic at fighting common flu and cold viruses, a study shows. I know! It surprised me, too. “Researchers found almond skins improved the ability of the white blood cells to detect viruses while also increasing the body’s ability to prevent viruses from replicating and so spreading inside the body,” the study reads 😱
