Take 90 seconds right now to release, activate and breathe. With each yoga movement, inhale a lung full of air and tighten your muscles as hard as you can. Then, as you release the tension breathe out hard. Repeat each movement as many times as you can (but at a slow pace), for 30 seconds each.
It’s just 90 seconds, but you’ll feel amazing for the rest of the day.
