New! Active Week
We’ve added a fun activity tracker so you guys can keep yourselves accountable. Track missed days, committed days, days that you took a break from (the little palm tree) and completed days (where you accomplished four Wakeouts in a day). Partial progress also counts, so doing even a single exercise is better than nothing.

New! Wakeout Singles
When time is in short supply. Whether you need a boost of energy, a stress suppressor, or just want to get active but don’t have the time to do a full routine—singles are just what the doctor ordered! Singles are single exercises where the challenge is to do a set number of reps, and done!
You can identify them by the lightning icon on the top left corner.
We believe that making exercise as comfortable and as accessible as possible increases the likelihood that people will do them. That’s why we love singles, and think you will too!
