Vue.js News
Hey there!
This week was kinda huge! Have you heard that Wordpress is considering using Vue as the WordPress Core JavaScript Framework? That would be huge! 🤞
Also, do you know NativeScript? A solution that makes it possible to develop native mobile apps just like with React Native? There might be something big coming soon… But for now, you should definitely read this.
In need for some more developer tooling? If you haven’t yet heard about DejaVue, you should probably give it a try now.
Make sure to check out all other resources we prepared this week!

We’ve got a new speaker – Pine Wu, the author of Vetur, a popular extension for Visual Studio Code. Not only will he talk about the current and upcoming features of Vetur, but also dive deep into the implementation of tooling for improving the overall developer experience.
Also – sad news. Jacob Schatz will not be able to show up at VueConf due to personal circumstances.
No worries though – Filipa Lacerda, also an amazing frontend engineer at GitLab decided to step in for Jacob and save the day! 🎉
Filipa will take over Jacob’s topic No Time to Refactor, How we made the Frontend Awesome At GitLab With Vue.
VueConf is just 2 weeks away and there is just one more speaker to announce. Stay tuned for more news this week!
Don’t have a ticket? Don’t wait any longer. Get one right now!
