ES2015 (aka ES6) is the current update to the JavaScript language and includes a number of new features that make development much better and more enjoyable.
Vue developers would benefit from learning all the new features. But as a means of triage, you might start with those features that apply to Vue specifically.
I’ve written an article this week where I’ll show you four ES2015 features that you’ll use on a daily basis with Vue.
In other news, a lot of people are curious about authentication in Vue apps. Thibaud from Sqreen has written an interesting tutorial on this topic, showing how to store a user’s token, redirecting the user after authentication actions and preventing route access to unauthenticated users.
