So much Vue news this week!
First and foremost: Vue.js 2.3.0 has been released. This release doesn’t have too many new features but instead focuses on a revamp of server-side rendering. There are however a few minor features added to components and the .sync directive argument is back.
A new (official) server-side rendering guide has been released, too, and the Hacker News demo updated to reflect the new 2.3.0 release.
As for me, I’ve been playing with modal windows and Vue.js this week. To make a modal you need to manage your body tag classes and events, and many people don’t realise this is something Vue can’t do. So what do you do when you reach limitations like this with Vue? Find out below!
