Gratitude A simple practice that can change your life for better
Attention goes where focus goes. If you focus on gratitude you will notice and attract more things to be grateful for.
Grateful people have more joy in their lives. It doesn’t mean life is perfect but they recognise that they are not victims of circumstances. This enables them to approach and solve problems from a place of power.
When you live a life of gratitude you attract people with a similar mindset. It can open up new opportunities for you. Noone wants to work with grumpy, ungrateful people.
Gratitude can eliminate feelings of resentment. It teaches you to quickly recognise people and things that no longer serve you. This makes it easy to let go and move on.
Gratitude can reduce or totally eliminate regret. When at death’s door some people express regret at not having told a loved one how much they cared. If you practiced gratitude daily you would greatly reduce the probability of this happening.
You may not have everything but you have at least one thing to be grateful for. We take so many things for granted and only appreciate them when they’re no longer there.
