In my last issue of Friday readings, I missed out a masterpiece post by Cleve Gibbon, Content Engine Operationalisation
Over the years, we have seen Cleve talking about content architecture (particularly content models and these content models are my favorite topic in content strategy).
“To operationalise your content engine, design your producer and consumer channels as part of a wider content operating model that enable content to flow like water throughout the ecosystem.”
