Nick Kokonas  is  a cool guy who studied philosophy, was a derivatives trader, built a reservations system used in 2.5M restaurants, created “the best restaurant in the world” according to several orgs, and now created “the most innovative cookbook”.

On Friday I remembered an awesome song I hadn’t listened in a long time: You’re Mine by Raving George. It’s deep house. Added to several of my playlists, including Bento Box and Buxton Patio Vibes.
