I’m writing this issue from the beautiful island of Guernsey
. The older I get the more I count myself extremely fortunate to have grown up there. It’s tiny, 7 miles by five miles but over 60,000 people live there so it feels like a small town not an isolated island.
C and I came back for a workcation. We ate well, swam in the sea every day, had bbqs on the beach, swam in the sea every evening. Mostly it was a lot of swimming in the sea and hanging out at the beach. Wonderful.
The dog-days of summer are usually not great for jobs but I’ve got a handful for you to pick through this week. Including a couple of junior positions for people looking to get on the ladder.
