? Yeah, well the #earlytobedearlytoshred mantra is often really ‘late to bed, early to shred’. I’m not proud of little sleep but rarely find a way to get catch more Zzz’s.
Especially after this past trip to DHI Labs’ Impact Chapter Event
in India for & Bristol for Bespoked
, I’ve been exhausted for a week. A reality that I was/am in denial about. The takeaway? I still call bullshit on the 'needing 8hrs a night’ idea but agree that in the long run, work is not more important than sleep. So, I’m challenging myself to get more sleep. 😴 😴 😴
