Nº29 – Cycling, Startups & Sales
By Jon Woodroof • Issue #29 • View online
Every week I start with a blank screen. I pull sites, highlights and articles I’ve spotted throughout the week from Pocket and begin laying out what I’ll share.
There is never a theme initially yet one always appears. This week? Feeling good.
From Mark’s site to the startups section posts on not needing a fortune / venture capital to start a company combined with Ev Williams’ investigation of work-life balance and the sales section’s entry on hiring outside experts and the implication on employed staff morale to 71-year-old Gabriel Horchler’s badass multi-modal commute in the radness section. It became clear before pressing send, “more isn’t better, better is better”. Its not about over doing it but doing it better. I think, then, we’ll all feel good : )
As always, thanks for reading!
