The final throwback for this issue comes from 2014 too. Zachary Rosen’s post on scaling an agency echoes the same sentiment. 
What’s so rad about that? I’m currently growing my company and learning from the guys I’ve brought on board to create clear, easy-to-replicate processes. Seeing this in action the past two weeks has been super rad. : )
