The adage has a horrifying etymology, but the behaviour is real - all too often, we encounter organizations (online and off) that are filled with uncritical cheerleaders of the brand. Though you definitely want harmony and bonding within your organization, too much inward love can lead to lack of self-reflectiveness…and worse.

YouTube Revamps Its Desktop Site For Its 12th Anniversary
To celebrate YouTube’s 12 year milestone, the company is today launching a redesign of its desktop site, which now takes advantage of Google’s design language, Material Design, to make the site cleaner, simpler and more consistent with the YouTube app across devices. The site will also include a handful of new features, including a new dark mode, tweaks to search and channel pages, and an updated theatre mode for watching videos in a larger player without going full-screen. A Happy Distraction: Colin Kaepernick Hands Out Free Suites Outside Parole Office
The former 49ers quarterback, Colin Kaepernick has gone viral today due to an act of charity. Kaepernick as part of his Know Your Rights Campaign, purchased 100 suits to hand out outside of a parole office in Queens to give parolees something to wear to job interviews as they reintegrate into society.
