Xennials: The Star Wars Generation Between Gen X and Millennials
Did you know that there is a gap generation called Xennials? People that belong to this group are born on the cusp of both Gen X and Millennials (between 1977 and 1983) and they tend to posses both the cynicism of the former generation and the optimism of the latter. This generation grew up without worrying about social media but they have adjusted to it better than their Gen X counterparts. Adidas Enlists Women Artists To Boost The Nation
Adidas has partnered with Refinery29 to launch a new sneaker collection called UltraBOOST X. This collection is being designed by women artists and will feature 50 one-of-a-kind sneakers that will be auctioned off for charity. Each sneaker has been designed and hand painted to reflect the different cultures of each of the 50 states in the USA. All of the proceeds will go to the organization Women Win, which encourages girls to address gender equality and build leadership skills through sports. Since last week Twitter users having been sharing snaps of watermelon ‘dresses’ on their friends and family. The 'dresses’ are made out of a shaped piece of watermelon held in front of the camera to make it seem as if the person behind it is wearing a dress made out of watermelon.
