A Nasty Instagram Bug Is Causing Lots Of People To Think Their Accounts Were Deleted
Have you been unable to log into your Instagram account this week? A new bug that is making people think that their accounts have been deleted, has been going around the internet lately. Business accounts that have been affected by the bug are being hit hard as that can be some company’s main source of customer traffic. Instagram is saying that if your account has been effected not to worry as even though your account is currently hidden from view it has not in fact been erased. BuzzFeed

GE Healthcare Is Releasing A 30-Minute Documentary On Instagram, A Minute At A Time
GE Healthcare has created a 30-minute documentary called Heroines of Health that tells the story of  three such women with an intriguing distribution plan—each day the brand is posting a one-minute clip to Instagram that tells a new part of the story. For one month the entire film will live only on a dedicated Instagram account. The film’s purpose is to bring awareness to the women in India, Southeast Asia and Africa, that are bringing healthcare to their communities. The filmmakers wanted to reach audiences on social media and what better way to do so then by utilizing the trending appetite for mobile video content. The full 30 minute documentary will be released on Facebook after it completes its time on Instagram at the end of this month. Adweek

In The Age Of Streaming TV Who Needs Title Sequences?
The Sopranos changed the opening sequence game from hokey, formulaic affairs to something that identifies strongly with a show’s themes. Since then there has been a steady increase in sophistication, with Mad Men, Game of Thrones and Dexter bringing audiences into a certain headspace before the first frame even comes in. But now we have entered the streaming era of television and that has left some people wondering if title sequences are still relevant when binge-watching is on the rise. In a time when title sequences have never been better, is it also the time to let them go? The Verge

Who Knew Solar Farms Could Be So Adorable?
This new solar farm in China has been gaining a lot of attention on social media this week due its adorable design! Most solar farms arrange their cells into grids but this new farm is arranged into a giant image of a panda. The Panda Power Plant will eliminate up to 2.74 million tons of carbon emissions previously from coal to produce energy. This effort is intended to encourage young people to engage in conversations about climate change and raise awareness, and it certainly seems to be doing that so far! Business Insider
