Hey Google! What's New?
Wait…did you KNOW that Google has a “Snapchat clone”? It’s called Stamp. The way it’s imitating Snapchat is through it’s striking similarity to the Discover tab, but with a focus on established media sources. We can already see how it will complement Google Home, which you can ask to give you a summary of the news

This past Monday, October 2nd, was Twitter’s saddest recorded day. Scientists at the University of Vermont have measured emotional responses on the site for almost ten years with a program they call the Hedonometer, with the program hitting an all-time low on Monday following the attacks in Las Vegas after weeks of horrible news.
It's been a tough few weeks. Hopefully the Twittersphere will band together to come out of this stronger.
