After rumours of delays and an apparent imminent release date, many wrote the planned Cloverfield sequel off as doomed. Little did we know
that they’d already finished the whole thing and have it ready on the same night
they released the trailer. We all thought that Netflix was just breaking into feature films and would ease into the market. Nope, they smacked us in the face yet again with their innovation stick. It’s just a shame
that the movie can’t seem to match
their ambitious intentions.
