Google Fills Void Left By Fake News
After the recent trend in meddling from social media in political spheres, Facebook has seen a big change in news referral trends. Facebook had been on top for quite a while as the site from which news articles were referred to, but right now Google is actually the leading referral source for news articles. It seems that Facebook users have become wary among the recent exposures of fake news spread on the platform.
Google's not really an unlikely hero in this story but they're definitely the best platform for the job.

After last week’s Apple announcement, many have been waiting with bated breath to see what the new iOS will look like. Wait no more, as the update became available today. But before you update your phone’s software, you might want to make sure some of your favourite apps will still work (and check if you have enough storage).

The popular transportation app has been living 12 months of PR nightmares. Starting with many choosing to boycott the application from its involvement with President Trump’s economic advisory committee, and followed closely by accusations from its headquarters of systemic sexism. Today, they have been met with wide criticism for a tone deaf Uber Eats campaign that launched in India.
