A huge thanks to Beamery and Cleo who helped us celebrate International Women’s Day 2022! Our tickets sold out in record time, and we had a full house. Hopefully, you’re reading this because you’re signed up for our newsletter but if not, please make sure you sign up to be the first to know when our next event is live!
Our panel, led by Katrina Dargel, was focused on this year’s IWD theme is, #BreakTheBias. We chatted with our panellists about their careers, how they got there, and how they encountered bias along the way. We learned a lot about how similar we all are, even if we all come from different backgrounds. We hope to see you at the next one!
Once again, a huge thank you to our panellists Jessie Auguste, Vuokko Aro, Elwin Chan and Gelerah Taghizadeh for sharing their experiences and taking the time to join us for the evening.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to Beamery for hosting the event, not only was the space amazing but so was the food and drink (Shout out to the Bar People!). Beamery went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed and we really hope you enjoyed the event.
If you want to find out more about Beamery you can find out more here or watch more about the team!
As a long time friend of Triangirls, we’d like to say a big thanks to Cleo for the swag. Our beautifully branded mugs were snapped up in no time at all! We’d love to see photos of you enjoying using your mug if you got one! Remember to tag us on Instagram as @triangirlsocial and twitter.
