2018 was a year were CRO become one the standard activities in the online marketing department, like SEO, SEA and other activities. And the first steps are made from just “conversion rate optimization” to “validation”.
2019 look ahead
Personally I think 2019 will be the definite transformation from CRO to validation. Validation covers the whole area we are in as optimizers. We should not only focus on optimizing the conversion rate, but also validate all our development activities, bugs, new products and everything we can measure.
