It’s the end of November (but you know it already).
The time flies when you have fun. You and I have one more month to complete this year’s resolutions.
What’s one thing you want to achieve in December to make 2018 the best year so far?
In my case, it’s working on having less structure, more freedom and flexibility.
I gave up many things this year and simplified my life and business. But having less structure and more freedom is only possible when you have a well-designed system working for you.
That’s one of my biggest goals right now. To develop a system and take myself out of it so I can focus on things that matter to me. It may not happen in one month, but any progress will get me closer to becoming more flexible with my time.
Other than that, in December, I’ll meet my girlfriend’s family in Colombia and catch up on reading and studying.
Welcome to another edition of Life Designed where I share the knowledge and resources to help you live better.

The graph starts in 1000 BC and goes to the present day. It’s flat for most of human history. The Industrial Revolution is generally agreed to have begun in the late 1700s or first half of the 1800s, and that’s also when most of these markers of human well-being started to change.
Here’s an idea. You’re basically buying your attention back from Google. As the middleman, Google gets money either way: from the companies paying for a share of your attention or from you for protecting it (sweet deal). But should we have to pay to get back something that is deeply our own in the first place?
FlightNetwork just published their annual World’s Best Beaches campaign. I picked the Nyang Nyang Beach in Bali which you can find listed as the 11th beach in Asia.
Social media, shopping, videos, games. All these apps and websites are scientifically engineered to keep you hooked. Freedom gives you control. As a long time user, I recommend you claim back your freedom. Use the following codes to save. 30% off Freedom Yearly with code “CYBER30” and 50% off Freedom Forever with code “CYBER2018.”
Your internet service provider (ISP), and anyone else listening in on the Internet, can see every site you visit and every app you use – even if their content is encrypted. Creepily, some DNS providers sell data about your Internet activity or use it to target you with ads. 1.1.1.1 is a partnership between Cloudflare and APNIC aiming to make Internet browsing faster and more private.
Make yourself more efficient and productive with this personal productivity tracker for work. Track the actual time spent on work and receive feedback on your productivity and distractions. Use code “TOMASLAU” to get a 10% discount for the lifetime plan.
