Happy Wednesday! Greetings from Bali. 🌴
Last weekend I spent in a secluded villa away from all the noise and tourists. It was rejuvenating to disconnect and catch up with my friends.
Welcome to another edition of Life Designed where I share the knowledge and resources to help you live better.
Let’s dive in!

The truth about how to be more productive and the real meaning of the phrase “work smarter, not harder.”
James Clear has an uncanny ability to combine his research into biology, neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy together in a way that’s directly applicable to the business world. Here’s an interview about his latest book – Atomic Habits.

While the “make safe compounding interest” investment advice is extremely popular and should be followed by 99% of people (probably including you), it breaks down in one important case: when you can better invest that money yourself.
The best in the business offer a roadmap of industry-tested advice and frameworks for getting to breakout growth and beyond.
Computer vision researchers have uncovered a world of visual signals hiding in our midst, including subtle motions that betray what’s being said and faint images of what’s around a corner.
I love my every day. I don’t count the days until the weekend, I enjoy Monday as much as I do Saturday.
Food for Thought
“The world gives to the givers and takes from the takers.” – Joe Polish
“Perfectionism is the voice of the oppressor, the enemy of the people. It will keep you cramped and insane your whole life, and it is the main obstacle between you and a shitty first draft. I think perfectionism is based on the obsessive belief that if you run carefully enough, hitting each stepping-stone just right, you won’t have to die. The truth is that you will die anyway and that a lot of people who aren’t even looking at their feet are going to do a whole lot better than you, and have a lot more fun while they’re doing it.” – Anne Lamott
“A society grows great when people plant trees whose shade they will never sit in.” – Greek Proverb
