We only spend 5 percent in nature, and prioritizing our own well-being—makes us more-effective leaders. Seems easy to fix, right?
Often we remain stuck in behavioral patterns. The past two weeks I spent a lot of time traveling and less following my routines to reduce stress and have a good night of sleep as Arianna Huffington also advocates below, and a big cold hit me Friday. Putting one and one together is very easy. I started the year with an app called Momentum to track my habits and looking at them I broke my chain for the past two weeks. As Aristotle said: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
Off to an excellent week then!
