Tim van der Weide

Your weekly focus on sustainable solutions to make Corporates, Cycling & Ourselves better + all that overlaps! from @Timvdweide, ex-bikeshop owner and consultant @ERMinsight.

One of the best lessons I learned from meditation, and am relearning over and over again, is that between an action and my reaction is a space where we can determine how to respond. The more stressed I am, the smaller the space seems to be, and the more relaxed the larger the space. In this issue, interviews and articles on how to incorporate mediation in our daily practice, from cycling to the office setting. Increase your headspace!
Have a good Christmas next week!
