I began writing this newsletter in september 2013. I can’t believe it’s been almost nine years now. As I keep trying to capture new ideas and thoughts, it sometimes happens that people remind me of some of the old issues that I’ve forgotten about. Last night I was out with a friend from early childhood who told me about one of the old issues that had stayed with him ever since. Today I’m still terribly hungover from at least two too many cocktails, but I managed to dig up the issue and I think it’s worth sharing again. It’s about worries, and in the early days of the newsletter I gave out pretty direct instructions for exercises you can do on pen and paper.
