Wow. I’m so happy to be here right now. Feels like walking into your parent’s house after you’ve been gone for a few months.
HI HELLO I MISS YOU. This is not my ~comeback~, but I wanted to stop in for a question. (Skip to the end for a 10 second survey that would really, really help me out.)
Many of you have been asking me to bring back the newsletter (or my writing in general). That’s why I’ve buily my little baby new website to post longer form articles and thoughts, but still want and care about the intimacy of this newsletter and knowing your little eyes are reading along. You asking me to bring it back is both exciting and fun and something I had always planned to do, but it’s… tough. It’s a lot of work (on top of my work), but I love every little second of it, so I was looking at ways to make it sustainable and… woah.
Revue (the newsletter app I use to send these) costs money, as does hosting my website. It’s spensy. BUT, like a knight in shining armor, Revue released a new feature – members-only newsletters. I can set a monthly amount (say, $5/month - the price of buying me coffee every month) and anyone who pays gets a locked members-only newsletter.
Before working out the details, I’m curious what your thoughts are towards this, so I created the 10 second survey below (and linked here, for ease because #ImNice). I would likely do a members-only newsletter 1x/week, then still do a free newsletter monthly or 2x a month.
Lastly, I just wanted to say that I want to (and always will) keep things free, but when there’s an opportunity to offset the costs and possibly make money from something I love doing, I’m gonna take it. Plus, you cuties keep telling me it’s worth $, so I’m taking you up on that.

Okay, that’s all for now. Looking forward to seeing your responses file in today, then… I’ll be back shortly <3
Everything is lovely, stressful, and fun. Typical day in the life.
Your friend,
Taryn
