Who did I get to chat with this week? Scott and Jordan, the founders of Forestry; Jeff Escalante, the creator of Roots and Spike, who Matt Biilmann—co-founder of Netlify (whom I also chatted with)—called a JAMstack Pioneer. I chatted with Thomas Reynolds, another pioneer who created Middleman ten years ago; Kyle and Sam who created GatsbyJS; David Wells, previously from Serverless.com and now pushing serverless magic at Netlify. I hung out with Chris Coyer who everybody knows. I met the founders of Sanity.io (and jeez guys, if you see this, how did I not chat with you more), and Mark and Andrew, the founders of Takeshape.io, who—did I mention—are speaking at my JAMstack NYC Meetup on 11/4 about GraphQL, if you’re in New York City [more info].

And, of course, Phil Hawksworth, the charismatic, enthusiastic, supportive face of Netlify who played a big role in the making the conference fun. Thanks Phil!
It was like our Slack community came to life! So, yeah, that was good :)
